I'm an Art Director based in London, with 10+ years experience in the "field", I have graduated at the Academy of Fine arts in Rome. I was always told that it is better to be exceptional in one skill... I wish it was like that for me, I've never been able to identify myself in this way.

With time I understood that my multi-skilled ethos was perfect in art direction roles, it makes me able to understand every process and which professionals or skills are necessary in order to get the best results on projects, I can visualise and concentrate on the bigger picture, the story that needs to be told, creativity and ideas to make things kick off.

I tend to have clear reasons behind my creative visions so that I can explain my work and choices. I have an organised mind which gives me exceptional organisational skills, I'm able to manage projects with both big companies or startups. "An organized mind is an organized space and an organized life"

I see art and design, in everyday life, in nature, buildings, objects, people, every kind of art inspires me. I had the chance to study, learn and practice different subjects and to work within various industries, my desire of learning new things and the headstrong mindset, thought me that if I work hard, I can learn and improve every skill that I may need or want to elaborate.

Some time ago, I was having a conversation about skills for a hiring with my marketing manager..and he told me that "I couldn't expect to find all Unicorns"..I thought it was funny to be considered in this way because of my multi-skills, but I could actually recognise myself in that strange and rare creature with some kind of magical abilities, but often misundertood and difficult to rationally explain, but I considered this nickname way better then "too much skilled" for most roles.
